🥤 Drinks and snacks

Drinks and snacks can be included in any machine unless the venue does not want them. We do not want to compete with or push out shops and cafés already operating in the building. If a venue already has a food-and-drink provider, we can adjust the machine to complement the existing service.

📱 Customer product requests

Every machine will have its own QR code. Customers can scan the code and anonymously request products they would like to see stocked in that particular machine. Customers will not need to provide their name, email address, phone number or other personal information. We will review requests regularly. If several customers show interest in a product, we will look into stocking it in that machine. Requests will depend on suitability, demand and availability.

How much does it cost?
There is no cost to the venue. ForYouVending installs, stocks and manages the machine. All we require is a suitable location, access to electricity and permission to access the machine for restocking and maintenance.
What locations do you consider?
We consider any suitable venue within approximately 40 miles of Heathrow Airport. This includes offices, gyms, hotels, schools, community venues, nightclubs, entertainment venues, transport hubs, motorway services and more.
How much space does a machine require?
The space required depends on the type of machine. We will assess your available space and recommend a machine that fits comfortably. We can work with spaces as small as a corner or alcove.
Does the machine need electricity?
Yes, the machine requires access to a standard electrical socket. We will discuss power requirements during the planning stage.
Who installs and manages the machine?
ForYouVending handles everything — installation, stocking, monitoring, restocking and maintenance. You don't need to do a thing.
Who chooses the products?
We work with you to select products that suit your venue and the needs of your customers, visitors or employees. The final product range is agreed together.
Can venues request particular products?
Absolutely. We welcome input from venues. If there are specific products you think would work well, we will consider them.
Can customers request products?
Yes. Every machine will have a QR code customers can scan to anonymously request products they would like to see stocked. No personal information is required.

What happens if a machine develops a fault?
We monitor machines remotely and can respond quickly to any issues. Maintenance and repairs are handled by ForYouVending.
Will the machines accept contactless payments?
Yes. All machines will support modern contactless payment options for customer convenience.
How long does installation take?
Installation is typically quick. We will agree a suitable time with the venue and aim to minimise disruption.
Can a venue have more than one machine?
Yes. Depending on the size of the venue and demand, multiple machines can be installed in different areas.
